Description

Based on AceyFacey's T6 exotic fit. I am keeping to T5s for now with it.

In the low slot replaced a Federation Navy Drone Damage Amplifier for a C3-X 'Hivaa Saitsuo' Ballistic Control System for a boost in overall dps.

Damage is 100% kinetic, and the Gallente cruiser bonus to kinetic missile damage is awesome. This fit is pretty safe in T5s as long as the piloting is solid. Like usual, go after neuters first and then enemies that spool up. Synth blue and synth crash are useful and cheap.
